Pattern Imprinted Concrete.

Pattern Imprinted Concrete (PIC) also known as stamped concrete or patterned concrete is a highly innovative decorative concrete technique that looks very attractive, hard wearing and is virtually maintenance free, but does require resealing every 4-5 years depending on traffic to prevent colour loss and damage to the coloured surface.

Pattern imprinted concrete can be done in a variety of patterns including cobbles, brickwork, tiles, stone, even wood flooring effect, circles or a compass can also be incorporated into the design all available in a wide range of colours. There are endless pattern and colour combinations leading to a very imaginative makeover to your home or business we can design and build the results you desire.

All our imprinted concrete driveways are installed at a minimum depth 100mm of concrete on a ready prepared MOT type 1 stone sub-base (not like some companies that only excavate the depth of the concrete and pour straight onto the existing sub-grade). Drainage is installed as required to comply with SUDS legislation and control rainwater in a sustainable way.

Steps and Recessed lids can be installed where required.

We install all our concrete with correct expansion joints and crack control joints in place, always check with your contractor that they understand where and when to install these different types of joints, because many imprinted concrete jobs we refurbish installed by other contractors have problems caused by missing, incorrect type or incorrect placement of joints which could have been easily avoided.

All new installations are fully guaranteed.
